  • Make sure you read the description and check out the resources section below the videos. Don’t worry if you missed one, you can revisit anytime.
  • You can navigate to any lesson you have already unlocked using the menu in the sidebar on the right, or using the next / previous buttons at the bottom of the page.
  • The course and supporting materials are designed for you to revisit at any time. There is a lot of valuable content in these modules and it often requires you to watch several times in order to take it all in
  • Look to assimilate 2 or 3 points for each module, build them into your lifestyle and then come back to take on 2 or 3 more. Health is a long game, and requires patience, but as you’ll learn in the Winning Philosophies module, small incremental changes can have a powerful overall effect
